Xander Says Goodbye is the twenty-first and final episode in Season 1 of Bunk'd. It first aired on May 20, 2016 to 1.25 million viewers.
Overview[]
Emma and Xander are forced to make some tough decisions when his dad wants him to leave camp for football training. Meanwhile, Emma, Ravi, and Lou put him through some drills.
Plot[]
When Xander starts receiving phone calls at camp, Emma is concerned that he may be cheating on her. It turns out Xander needs to leave camp early to begin football practice at his high school, and his father, Gerald, is picking him up to take him home. Lou and Ravi do some training with Xander before he reveals to them and Emma that football doesn't make him happy and that he is doing this only to please his father. Emma, Lou, and Ravi devise a plan so Xander can stand up to his father, which fails. Emma then makes Gerald see that Xander doesn't like football, which leads Gerald and Xander to talk more about it and allows Xander to stay at camp.
Meanwhile, Zuri and Tiffany are accusing each other of taking their stuff—Zuri's Tablet and Tiffany's violin, but Gladys reveals that she took them because electronics are against camp rules while Tiffany's violin playing has been annoying everyone. When the girls attempt to recover their stuff in Gladys' cabin, they see something very disturbing regarding Morgan and Christina, so Zuri blackmails Gladys into giving them their confiscated stuff back.

- This is the Season 1 finale.
- We find out Xander's last name, McCormick.
- In Zuri's drawing that she holds in her first encounter with Tiffany, if you look closely, you can see her portrayer's name, Skai Jackson, in the upper right-hand corner. This means Skai actually drew that.
- We find out that Gladys has a shrine for Morgan and rips off a doll's body parts as to represent Christina.
- Though Morgan still hasn't been seen physically since Jessie, it is revealed in this episode that Gladys has photos of him in her closet.
- Zuri mentions the viral video "Monkey Sniffing Its Own Butt". This video was mentioned several times in JESSIE.
- This and "Raven About Bunk’d" are the only season finales to not take place on the last day of camp.
Goofs[]
- When Emma is holding Lou's plushy cow, the head moves from left to right after the camera switchback, even though Emma doesn't let go of the cow for the entire scene.
