Trivia[]
- Emma mentions Luke, along with referencing the main phrase said by Jessie to Luke in the original series. This is the final time Luke is mentioned in the series, presumably due to the JESSIE cast’s eventual departure from the series in the season finale, as well as the subsequent death of Cameron Boyce in 2019.
- This leaves Luke's fate in-universe to be forever unknown.
- This is the first episode of Bunk'd in which a cast member directs an episode. This being Karan Brar, who portrays Ravi Ross. He also directs A Star is Torn in Season 5 and A Recipe for Disaster in Season 6.
- The episode actually marks Lou's twelfth anniversary at Camp Kikiwaka, this means she is 20 years old since it is said many times that she first came to camp when she was 8 years old.
- The history of the abandoned truck left in "The Spot", is revealed.
- Cameron Boyce (Luke) visited the set during that week to support Karan Brar's first directing effort. Boyce died a year after the episode aired.[1]
- This episode airs as part of the 2018 Disney Channel GO! Summer promotion.
- The title of the episode is a play on the saying, Finders Keepers, Losers Weepers.
- Robert Towers had previously appeared on Hannah Montana and Raven's Home.
- Changes from the original script:
- Gerald Barker's original character name was Randall James.
- He kept calling the kids "raccoons".
- Destiny's great-grandfather claimed to have dated the Statue of Liberty
- His partners were named Clive and Molly Barker, an obvious reference to Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow, AKA Bonnie and Clyde.
- Ravi tries to bribe the police before running away from them.
Goofs[]
- Zuri said that they thought Mrs. Kipling was male for 3 years, but Ravi and Mrs. Kipling first came to live with the Rosses in 2011 and they found out that she was female in 2012, meaning that they would have only thought she was male for 1 year.
- When Babyface says that he can hear Emma and Zuri he said his hearing aids had new batteries, but when you see his ear he does not have hearing aids.
