Lydia was a recurring character in the series and serves as a minor antagonist. She is part of the group known as the Weasels.
She was played by Lily Mae Silverstein.

She is tall with long red hair and green eyes. She wears burgundy lipstick and a black bandana with a teardrop pattern.
