Season 4 of Bunk'd was announced on November 15, 2018, by Deadline. Filming began on March 20, 2019.[1] The season premiered on June 20, 2019 and concluded on July 24, 2020 and consists of 30 episodes.
Synopsis
After purchasing Camp Kikiwaka—for one dollar—from the Ross siblings, the always cheerful Lou is adjusting to her new duties as camp director with her usual brand of over-the-top enthusiasm. She’s thrilled to be reunited with campers Destiny, Finn and Matteo, who have returned for another exciting summer full of fun and friendship. Lou also welcomes some new faces, including camp counselor Noah, an upbeat and enthusiastic actor from Hollywood; Ava, a tenacious counselor from the big city; and Gwen, an eccentric new camper who has spent her entire life living off the grid.[2]

- Production started on March 20, 2019. Production was halted in March 2020 due to the Coronavirus pandemic along with other Disney Channel Original Series.
- This is the first season to have been announced after the previous season ended.
- Although this season is set within the Jessie universe, it is the first season to not star any characters from the series. It is also the second to span the same number of seasons as the parent series has, after The Suite Life on Deck.
- As of August 17, 2019, BUNK'D has been airing the longest than Jessie. Jessie ran for 4 years and 16 days. BUNK'D passed that on August 17, 2019, and is currently running at more than 4 and a half years and is still ongoing.
- On September 23, 2020, BUNK'D officially became the longest running Disney Channel Original live action series to run on Disney Channel after The Jersey (which ran for 5 Years, 1 Month and 23 Days). Starting October 30, 2020, this was the second longest running Disney Channel Original Series due to the series getting a fifth season renewal and production being halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic which delayed production on Season 4 and possibly Season 5. It outran Kim Possible, becoming the second longest running Disney Channel Original Series after Phineas and Ferb. Phineas and Ferb still holds the longest running time at 7 Years, 9 Months, and 26 Days.
- This is the first show to have the highest number of episodes per season than its predecessor.
