Plot l[]
Lou puts on a fundraiser carnival at the camp to raise money, while trying to convince the Moose Rump City Council A.K.A. Boomer Gower's family to put a playground in the empty lot. Noah tries to impress her to become part of the Moose Rump office.
Plot ll[]
Gwen accidentally signs her and Destiny up to be clowns at the carnival not knowing that Destiny has a fear of being laughed at or what a clown is. Together they try to get Destiny over her fear.

After Finn attempts to prank Ava by "sticking his finger in a box and covering it with mustard". He claims that he is the prank master general while Ava calls herself the prank queen and decides to get Finn back by making him think he has psychic powers and covering him in tinfoil.

To redeem himself from last year Matteo decides that he wants to run the dunk-tank at the carnival so he tries to find the perfect dunkee for the dunk-tank.
