Trivia[]

  • This is the first episode of Season 4.
  • This episode filmed on March 20, 2019.
  • First episode to introduce new Counselors Noah Lambert, Ava King, and new camper Gwen Flores.
  • As of this season Lou is the only original character to remain left in the series.
  • This is the first episode to not feature the Rosses, however, all three, Emma, Ravi, and Zuri as well as Gladys were mentioned by name. Additionally, Mrs. Kipling was referenced. Lou also receives a note from Emma.
  • As the production shifted from Hollywood Center Studios to CBS Studio Center, all new sets were constructed. Story wise, Lou explains that a sinkhole swallowed the camp, which was followed by a mudslide, requiring the building of new cabins.
  • Although Israel Johnson's character, Noah, plays a counselor, in real life, he is actually younger than Mallory James Mahoney, the actress that plays Destiny.
  • Director Trevor Kirschner, revealed the title of this episode on his website, along with Kikiwaka's Got Talent.
  • In this episode, Ava mentions mole people, first shown and mentioned in Henry Danger and Jessie. Coincidentally, Shelby Simmons guest starred on the Double-O Danger episode of Henry Danger.
  • When Lou first introduces Noah to Finn and Matteo, Noah says enthusiastically that he was in “Summer Camp Part 6” as “Kid Who Falls Into The Lake”. But, later, in Water Under the Dock, he originally was a Hamburger Cooker in the movie, but was pushed into the lake instead.
  • Noah is the 6th character to almost leave camp; the other five being Jorge in There's No Place Like Camp, Xander in Xander says goodbye, Tiffany in Camp Stinky Waka, Lou in Dog Days of Summer and Griff in Dreams Come True (however Xander, Tiffany and Griff were forced to leave).
  • This episode premiered the day after Juneteenth.
  • This is also the first episode of Season 4 to air on Thursday.
